DianaSellsATX.com is owned and run by DashATX LLC, the Austin company Blake and Diana Roberts own together. In these terms, "we," "us" and "our" mean DashATX. These terms also cover other sites we run, including brand307.com.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Real estate and appraisal services

This site is not a brokerage. Diana provides real estate brokerage services in Texas through Compass. Her appraisal services are provided through The Appraisal Shop, the appraisal firm she is affiliated with. Brokerage representation and a formal appraisal are separate engagements.

Any service is covered by its own written agreement, and that agreement controls. Browsing the site, filling out a form or sending a message does not create an agency relationship or an appraisal engagement. Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate, but listings, prices, availability, market figures, tax rates, school zoning and other details change and may be out of date. Property information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Please verify anything that matters to your decision.

Market reports and commentary reflect Diana's observations and opinions. Nothing on the site is a formal appraisal or legal, tax or financial advice.

Our content

The writing, photos, design, graphics and code on this site belong to DashATX or to the people who licensed them to us, such as photographers. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.
